App users can browse through various specialities offered by a hospital and request for an appointment with a doctor of their choice. The appointment request will be confirmed by the hospital. Users will be notified on mobiCare through push notifications. Patients / Users can see the availability of doctors and chose a time slot for their appointment.

REMINDERS: DO NOT WORRY, WE WILL REMIND YOU.

mobiCare will remind users via push notification regarding the scheduled appointments and medications if any. Appointment date, time and department will be displayed in appointment reminders and patients can add medication reminders manually.



MobiCare supports two types of reminders
  1. Appointment reminders lists already fixed appointments and that needs to be reminded.

  2. Medications lists all medications prescribed to this Patient from the CMS. Administrator can manage the list of medicines for a specific patient.


Appointment Reminders :

Will provide a reminder informing the patients that they have an appointment with the doctor on the next day. Please note that Appointment reminders will be displayed only if the patient has any scheduled appointment. Patients can manually add these reminders to their phone calendars and the reminder shall work as the phone event works.


Medication reminders :

Will list the different medications the patient needs to take. Patients can manually add these reminders to their phone calendars and the reminder shall work as the phone event works. List of medicines (Generic for all users) shall be populated from the Content Portal.

mobiCare supports real-time push APIs for facilitating instant alerts. For actuating this function API must be integrated with the backend of Hospital/HIS.

This feature requires integration with the backend of the Hospital/HIS. The Hospital backend system could trigger our real time API calls at any point of time for invoking an event in the mobile app. For example Hospital HIS can trigger an API call when a call reminder needs to be issued to the mobile APP user. MobiCare server will pick this real time API call and send a Push Alert to the respective mobile user. Mobile user when receiving this push alert, can click on it to view the reminder message.

Users can make emergency calls using "Click to Call" feature. This button when clicked will immediately dial the contact number which has been assigned via mobiCare content portal. The calls will be made through mobile carrier networks and standard charges will be applied to the user.

Health tools in mobiCare – Health Graph, BMI Calculator and Weight Monitor are integrated into the app to assist the user keeping track of their health. These tools allow anyone to monitor their blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Health Graph – You can enter your blood sugar, blood pressure (Diastolic and Systolic) and total cholesterol values into the app. The data shall be recorded date wise and graphs be plotted by the app for a date range – the following graphs are available.
